Trossard: I've proven myself with my performances【YANTING】

According to the Guardian, Trossard said in an interview that he hopes to start Arsenal's game against Brighton.

In a game that ended in the early hours of yesterday morning, Arsenal beat Aston Villa 2-0 away. Trossard replaced Martinelli in the 65th minute and scored for Arsenal in the 77th minute.

Speaking about this, Trossard said: "I have proved myself with my performances in the last few months. There is competition for every position and that is what a club like Arsenal needs and I know that competition in the team can push you further.

"Obviously everyone wants to play, but it depends on the players' performances. Whether I come off the bench or start, I always want to contribute to the team. I gave everything I had in this game and I just wanted to try to help my players. Now, I'm ready for the next game."

Arsenal face Brighton, Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur in the coming fixtures. Speaking about the games, Trossard said: "We want to win every game. We started the season well and it's going to be a tough game next week, we know Brighton very well, but we're ready."
