The Dutch "Telegraph" reports that Feyenoord central defender Heitleida is ready to start a new chapter in his career and he is happy to follow coach Slott to Liverpool. In fact, due to the Feyenoord team to welcome a few days off, Heitleida has been to the game between Liverpool and West Ham United.
Liverpool currently have Dutch internationals van Dijk, Gakpo and Hrafenberger in their squad, and the Premier League giants have been eyeing Heitleida for some time. As well as playing in the Champions League with Feyenoord, Heitleidda has also impressed with the Dutch national team. Last summer, Leipzig tried to land the versatile centre-back, but Feyenoord rejected a €30 million bid from the Bundesliga club.

Slott knows Heitleida can play in a number of positions, having played at right-back, centre-back and central midfield at Feyenoord. Liverpool would be willing to pay a fee of €30m if Feyenoord asked for it again. Feyenoord are well aware that Heitleida wants to take another step in his career and are prepared to accept his departure. With Feyenoord's contract due to expire next summer, Heitleida is in a strong position. In the transfer market, Heitleida's value is estimated at 32 million euros.
