Romano: Phillips to return to Manchester City at end of season 【JIAYU]

Romano has confirmed reports from The Athletic that Calvin Phillips is certain to leave West Ham United at the end of his loan spell this season. Phillips will return to Manchester City to discuss his next move, including the interest of old club Leeds United and other clubs.

At present, Phillips is out of action due to injury, and the medical departments of Manchester City and West Ham are discussing where he will recover, but no decision has been made. The Athletic say Phillips may be out for the season.

Phillips, 28, joined West Ham on loan from Manchester City in January and has so far made 10 appearances for West Ham, including three starts, totalling 319 minutes, with a number of direct errors leading to goals.
