Pep Guardiola: The priority of the new season is to win the fourth place【JIAYU]

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has been interviewed about the new Premier League season. Guardiola said that to win the title is to work hard and stay hungry like every time.

Pep Guardiola: "There are 114 points to play for and we start from zero, like everyone else. Let's see if we want to conquer. We have to conquer again because they are not going to give us the Premier League title in 24/25. You have to go for it. I understand that because usually when people say we are hot, we have to accept that fact. Having won it four years in a row and six times in seven years, it is normal that we are considered favourites. We have to adapt to that, but I know what we need to do. Every point has to be fought for and obviously every season it is more difficult to compete."

Despite finishing in the Champions League places in each of his eight years at City, Guardiola insists the primary goal is always to secure a top-four finish.
