Owen: Ivan Toni is not necessarily the answer for Arsenal[JIAYU]

According to Metro, Owen spoke to reporters about the subject of Arsenal signing this summer.
Owen said in an interview that he hopes Arsenal will be rational when making signings and that Ivan Toni is not necessarily the solution to their problems. Speaking about this, Owen said: "For Arsenal, hopefully they don't put all their eggs in one basket at this moment, they have to choose someone who is right for them. £70m, £80m or £100m is not a small amount, no one wants that money to be wasted and Arsenal cannot afford to be desperate right now. I'm not going to sign blindly, Arsenal are doing well and it's only when you bring in really top players that the big changes happen.
