Tottenham boss Postecoglu has revealed Son Heung-min will not be ready to face Manchester City in the Carling Cup in midweek.

Son was forced off the pitch during a Europa League game against Karabakh on September 26 and has missed five of the team's last six matches. At today's press conference, Postkoglu confirmed that Son Heung-min will miss the Carling Cup match against Manchester City.

"Son Heung-min has basically recovered, but from our point of view, the goal is to play this weekend," Postkoglu said.
