Neville believes Arsenal's win over Villa was a triumph because of the tenacity and style shown by their players. With the win, Arsenal have extended their run of unbeaten away matches in the Premier League to 10.

Speaking about Arsenal, Neville said: "The story between these two teams last season is very well known, so it promises to be a good game. We thought it would be a tough game for Arsenal and a real test because Villa were really good.

"We can't deny Arsenal's record in defence, but it's not all down to Raya. When all the players are in good shape, the team is in good shape. Whether they defend high up or low down, I really like Arteta's approach to Arsenal. Not only can Arsenal apply one style of play, they can now adapt between different styles.
