In the third round of the Champions League, RB Leipzig lost 1-0 at home to Liverpool. After the game, RB Leipzig goalkeeper Aleksandr Gulacic said in an interview: "With a bit of luck, maybe we could have got a point, but the result is a pity."

Gulacic: "Today, we had a really strong opponent. We started well in the first half, but then it got a bit out of hand. We made too many silly mistakes with the ball. Against a team of this calibre, when they have a chance to fight back, it's very tough."

Commenting on the team's performance

Gulacic: "If you let Liverpool attack and you make mistakes in possession and you don't have a good rhythm, you end up running after the ball. In the second half, we played more openly and had a few chances in the final stages."
