Glassner: I think Arsenal's second goal was offside; We didn't play at the top level [jiayu]


On December 19, Beijing time, the FA Cup quarter-final, Arsenal 3-2 Crystal Palace. After the game, Crystal Palace coach Glassner was interviewed.

Glasner said: "The start of the game was perfect, but in the first half we looked like we were playing in too much awe of our opponents and a bit too cautious, especially with the ball. We need to perform at our top level and this game was not at our top level. Although we scored two goals, which is a positive thing, it was a bit frustrating in the end because if you score two goals at the Emirates, at least there should be a chance of a penalty shootout."

Speaking about Arsenal's second goal, Glasner said: "I think it was offside, but there was no VAR in the game. Everybody knows that. They had too many chances in the second half and we gave them too many chances. When they found space, our transition was too slow."
