Barcelona youth director Jose Ramon Alexenko spoke to the media about his views on Lamarcia.
Alexenko said: "The performances of the first-team players speak for themselves. I seldom pay attention to the result of the game. If we do the right things on a daily basis, then victory takes care of itself."
"I pay more attention to the way the team plays and those players who show special ability in the game because they have the potential to go far."
"The hard work of all the teams must be recognised because many teams had to play mixed matches in order to cope with the promotion of players to the first team and Barcelona. It took a toll on the lineup."
"The team is used to playing against the older players and they have performed very well. We must always be ready to have replacements that are as good or better than the players who have left."
"Atletico Barcelona must stay in close contact with the first team and our sporting director to make sure everyone is on the same line. The most important thing is that we are clear about our playing style and the values we are trying to convey and we are working hard to maintain that direction and structure."
"There are many players training with the first team, which is already very special. We are very focused on taking good care of these players and making sure they don't get lost along the way. We want to make sure they don't get lost in their ego."
"The La Masia Factor: Here, children eat, learn, live and grow as individuals. Their sports training takes place on the pitch and the family values La Masia very much, which is crucial."
